Our Hosting Terms

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced.Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegal use

E-revelation.net may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. This includes, but not limited to, unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or obscene material.

Undesirable Content

Certain types of content are not permitted on E-revelation.net servers. We will not host adult content or Gambling sites. Content relating to hacking, cracking and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software (including free software) is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

Spam

You may not use E-revelation.net to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on E-revelation.net is strictly forbidden.

Billing

E-revelation.net bills web hosting clients annually. If during this period a customer cancels their account they will not receive any refund.

If a payment is not received, we reserve the right suspend your account and can delete all remaining data after 14 days unless otherwise noted by our billing department.

If an account is removed due to a violation of this Terms Of Service we will not to refund payments.

Any payments for domain names are non-refundable. Any payments for Server Management and/or Dedicated Servers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the administrator of E-revelation.net

Misuse Of Resources

Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances.  CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to E-revelation.net, it's server, or it's customers is strictly forbidden.

Modification

E-revelation.net reserves the right to add, delete, or amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

Additional resources

If your account requires resources that are not able to be provided by a shared server, we may add limits to your account or require you to rent a dedicated server.
